Even though I agree with most of what was in the Thune-Vitter amendment, I could not support it. I do not believe the Federal Government should have that power over the states. We need to do our work at the State level.
We can stop Sorta-legal if we appeal to voters and get the \'average joes\' fired up about protecting 2A. I think SCOTUS will delay a vote if it might trigger a revolution.
